Nothing says it’s time for beautiful weather to me more than a crisp white shirt. I also think nothing is more chic than an all white look! Today, I am sharing the best white shirts for Spring in a boutique and I’m showing you two of my favorites in full looks! One look is more casual and one a bit dressier.
First, is this a versatile top from Southcott, the great brand who is also my partner in the AWL x Southcott Travel Collection. This bamboo cotton top has flowing three-quarter length sleeves and I loved wearing it last spring to South Africa. The Poplin sleeves add a great dramatic touch. Southcott makes some of my favorite tops and dresses. You’ve seen me wear them on several of our trips which is what inspired the Travel Collection. (Details on the event tomorrow to come see it and meet me are below!)
Southcott’s bamboo fabric is truly a star! This top is perfect for a girlfriend‘s birthday lunch or a date night. I am wearing an XS which is my typical size. I’ve paired this top with espadrilles (these are unfortunately sold out so I’ve linked my other favorites) and this net bucket bag.
The next top is the classic Elsa top from Lilly Pulitzer in white. This silky top is a timeless classic. The smocking at the shoulder is extremely flattering. The V-neck is perfection! The sleeves are finished with elastic and create a beautiful blousy a look. The elastic also allows you to wear the sleeve full-length, pushed up to 3/4 or above your elbow. Love a versatile top!
In the boutique below you will find more of my favorite white shirts for spring. I love eyelet and this is so darling! This is so good, too! You know I love a good detail. This top fits that bill. Do you have a favorite?
PS – I hope you’ll join me at Southcott tomorrow to see the AWL x Southcott Travel Collection. I’d love to see you!
