Can you believe it’s already almost time for graduation? For those of you who don’t know, my oldest daughter will be graduating from high school this year. I’m trying to keep calm and not get too emotional! The last two weeks have made that difficult with all Senior class photos, prom and and an 18th birthday!
Instead, I’m focusing on graduation gifts. Not just for her, but for her friends. You know how it gets during this time of year…the graduation and party invites start rolling in and the calendar starts getting full. I’ve curated a list of graduation gifts for the guys and the gals you may be shopping for this year.
I love to give personalized gifts. I think they’re more special and thoughtful. It can be something as simple as a personalized crossbody. Or you can give a duffle bag or cufflinks for the guys. If you want to give something really sweet and sentimental, I love this coordinates bracelet idea. You can put the coordinates of their home address, college or another place you know is special to them. I have one with the coordinates of where we went on our first date and returned a year later when he proposed.
Another great personalized gift is this tote from Barrington Gifts. There are so many prints and combinations to choose from! This toiletry kit is a great gift for a guy and can be monogrammed. I gave it to my husband at Christmas and he loves it. Another great gift for a guy is a polo shirt, key chain or belt from their new alma mater! Peter Millar has a wide selection of collegiate gifts for men and women from so many schools.
If you want to give something you know they’ll use over and over again, a coffee maker is always an easy gift idea. This Ember mug is cool too. It keeps your coffee at your preferred temperature, which is perfect for late night studying. A tool set is a must-have for any graduate and very practical! Dad won’t be there to “fix it” any more! (Cue the tears!)
Tech gifts are another idea. The coolest gift I found is this notepad that transfers handwritten notes to an app on your phone! The Amazon Echo or Alexa is another helpful tech tool to give. Or you can go with an Apple Watch or AirPods.

Have a great week!
