Today, I’m excited to share the updated Alicia Wood Lifestyle Essentials Collection from Cabana Life for 2021.  You well know my affinity for this classic sun-protective brand that has been a go-to for me for years. I am thrilled to bring you this curated collection of my favorite styles from Cabana Life as the Alicia Wood Lifestyle Essentials Collection from Cabana Life.

You loved this collection last year so we’ve updated it for Spring/Summer 2021.  We’ve been working for several months to bring you this curated collection of essential styles just in time for great weather and sunshine!  This beautiful collection is full of the blue and white we love and highlighted with turquoise and coral!  I know you will love each design.

Also because this is Skin Cancer Awareness Month, it seems only appropriate to launch the Alicia Wood Lifestyle Essentials Collection from Cabana Life again now. With summer around the corner and so many outdoor activities, protecting yourself and your loved ones is so important!  All of these fabrics have UPF 50 in them.  Stylish and protective…yes, please!

It’s no secret that I’m a beach loving, sunny day kind of girl.  But as much as I love the warmth of the sun and sound of the ocean, I’m a fanatic about protecting my family and myself from the sun. My grandmother, who was almost never in the sun, had Melanoma that resulted in reconstructive surgery on her nose.  She was lucky and was cancer free after that.

Each of these Cabana Life styles are part of my everyday wardrobe…well, I guess the swimwear is only summer and vacation!  The dresses, tops, swimsuits and cover ups are truly essentials in my closet.  I’ve curated a range of style to include day wear, day-to-night, casual wear and swim, of course.  These styles have taken me from Cabo and Punta Mita to St. Lucia and all around sunny Dallas.  I know you will love them as well.

Dolman “Rashguard” – I wear these lightweight Ts all the time!  The striped version was a top seller of the AWL Essentials Collection last year so they’ve brought it back!  We’ve also added the navy.  The silky feel is great in the heat and also in the crazy, cool summer air conditioning!

This White Shirt Dress is the result of you and I asking and Cabana Life listening!  We’ve asked for solid dresses in this fabric and here is the first one! This is similar to the first dress I had from Cabana Life that I just adore.  It comes in both the white and an adorable navy/white stripe version.  Love this for an easy everyday look.

New French Terry Tunic – I LOVE this new design from Cabana Life.  The lightweight French Terry is so soft.  This isn’t the same as the original Terry Tunics.  This a light, soft t-shirt type fabric.  An as I always say “No one does embroidered detail like Cabana Life” and this style is evidence of that.  All three colors are big winners.

Midi Dress – From backyard fun to beach trips, it is a true staple.  I wore this from beach to dinner in Mexico at Spring Break.  This fabric is luxurious and cooling.  I’ll be wearing it this Spring and Summer as a dress on warm days as well as a cover up.

Aruba Blues One Piece Swimsuit  – Another new addition to the AWL x CL Essentials Collection is this gorgeous one piece swimsuit.  The fit is so flattering!  It lifts, minimizes and covers in all the right places.

Sleeveless Unisuit in Navy

Sleeveless Unisuit – This has been a fan favorite since I featured it last year.  I love the coverage especially for full days in the sun at the lake, beach or pool.  Everyone says it has a Bond Girl vibe.  I also love the black.
