I have a dear friend who often says, “Lay your plan and work your plan.” (Thank you, Tanya Foster!) This is exactly what I am doing! Today I want to share my Back to School Menu Plan. We basically have first day of school three different weeks in my home this year and the first is Friday!
So as you avoid the “What’s for dinner?” question at 5 o’clock over the next few weeks, I’ll be turning to my easiest and most loved recipes. Things that take little prep time, my family loves and have a bit left for a lunch or two. Yikes! Back to packing lunches, again….sigh…
Here’s what is on my list. Would love to know your go-to recipes, too!

Mediterranean Salad with Rotisserie Chicken
Thyme Roasted Chicken with Vegetables
Chili Lime Tacos (You can even do these with Rotisserie Chicken)
Things you’ll want for prep:
LOVE this post! I need to plan my meals like I plan my projects and blog posts.
Thanks for the motivation!

It’s hard to do but if anyone can, I know it is you, Tanya!

The meals sound delicious. It is nice to have a meal plan when the kids return to school. the Mediterranean Salad with Rotisserie Chicken sounds delicious and easy to prepare. Tacos are one of my go to meals.
I think the only recipe I can get on board with is the “Slow Cooker Beef Brisket”! I am a very plain, and simple eater….and don’t like foods mixed together!
