As the weather begins to cool down in the next few weeks, we will spend more and more time outside in the Fall. I plan on recreating this Colorful Blue and White Outdoor Tablescape this weekend at the lake and wanted to share this inspiration with you.
I’m really looking forward to weekends this fall with cooler weather and lots of outdoor entertaining! Fall is really when we get enjoy our outdoor living area after the heat of the summer. You can see a full reveal of our outdoor living area in this post and the latest outdoor details here.
I created this colorful Blue and White Fall Tablescape using my favorite entertaining essentials: Similar Blue and White Cachpots, Juliska outdoor dinnerware, Woven placemats and colorful stripe napkins. I love the colorful stripes and the yellow and red pepper plants!
The blooming fall plants to create a colorful and relaxed centerpiece with my favorite blue and white containers. I’ve linked many styles for you below. You’ve also seen me use these containers in this tablescape for summer and here for July Fourth! Entertaining becomes very easy when you develop a formula that you can change with a new piece or flowers.
Speaking of napkins, I am in love with these custom monogrammed cocktail napkins (currently on backorder but will be returning soon!) from Dogwood Hill Design. The owner, Mia, was my daughters’ dance teacher and has this wonderful new business. The business is taking a short break during the month of August for well needed family time before their kids head back to college! Be sure to check Dogwood Hill Design for additions to your entertaining repertoire and gifts. If you just can’t wait and are looking for similar ones, try these monogrammed ones I found on Etsy!
Another little switch that I did to my favorite batch cocktail for entertaining is updating my popular Strawberry Sangria recipe. Using the recipe, I used out pomegranate juice and blackberries instead of orange juice and strawberries to create a Pomegranate and Blackberry Sangria. I also love a simple aqua fresca with fruit juice and Topo Chico!
I hope this inspires you to enjoy the fall outdoors and dine outdoors. Have a fabulous weekend!
