What Moves You?  For me that is a two pronged question.  Physically, what moves me is a beautiful sunny day.  Like the amazing “winter” weather we’ve been having here in Dallas.  It is great to get outside with my family and spend time in our outdoor living area watching movies.  Taking walks and having great conversation with my husband and girls.  Emotionally, I’m always moved by acts of kindness, love and adoration.  Yes, I one of those that gets misty at certain commercials.  I was extremely ill over the weekend and my husband made sure everything ran soothly at home with the girls and cared for me so well, too.  His love and care is such a blessing to me and the girls!

You know that I am a fan of solids but every once in a while a great print in a tailored classic style helps me to branch out.  This gorgeous floral shirt dress from Banana Republic is one of those pieces.  This is my favorite was to dress.  An easy dress, easy dress and bag (similar bag).  BR has petite sizing which is why this dress falls to the perfect length on my 5’2″ frame.  Sometimes midi styles look like long dresses on me.  This great dress also comes in a great army green color which you know I love.  This kitten heel sandal is my new favorite.  Not too high but give me a few needed inches and are so comfortable.

The gorgeous weather has me thinking about spring and a few pieces for Spring Transition.  Banana Republic has so many new items arriving in the stores.  The boutique below has some of my favorites.  This flutter sleeve polo dress is headed to my closet.  I’ve been craving a great tweed this beauty comes in white and navy.  This magenta and blue floral ruffle sleeve dress just might have me solidly moving away from solids!

I’ll definitely be adding a few jackets to my closet this year.  I went thorough a phase where I bought only jackets and now it’s time to refresh!  The feminine take on this classic, collarless military jacket with sequin flowers is too fun!  Would love it over all white or with my favorite jeans (now only $55!) and a white t.  A classic trench is always a good idea and can be worn year round.  I am in love with this white ruffle cotton jacket.  I would wear this almost every day…with dresses, jeans and workout gear.

BR also has so many great accessories.  How genius is this rechargeable silver smart clutch?  My phone is always needing a charge!  Denim is a big spring trend and this clutch adds the perfect touch to any outfit.
