Happy Monday! I’m excited to have basically another short week due to some travel. Isn’t summer the best!?!? One of my favorite summer trends is one shoulder anything. But, you know me, I’m going to show it with a dress! This one shoulder dress has been one of my favorites.
You saw it here when I went to the rewardStyle Conference in April and it’s been on repeat. This dress also hits another trend I’ve shared, ruffles, so it’s a bit of two-for-one! This one shoulder top from this post was a big hit, too. There are a lot of great pieces in that post, too, so be sure to check it out…and get the bag if you don’t have it yet!
This pale blue dress is a bit generous so if you are between sizes, I’d suggest sizing down. The fabric is so very soft and light. There are so many pretty details on this dress from the crochet edge of the ruffle and lace inset above the flounce of the skirt to the whip stitching on the self belt.
I love the one shoulder trend because it is flirty, feminine and much easier to wear than off the shoulder – which I do like though. The one shoulder style leaves you a little more covered, too. So nice for the blasting a/c everywhere you go right now. I’ve gathered several of my favorite ways to wear this fun trend in the boutique below.
