Satin Bomber Jacket c/o // White VNeck Tshirt // White Denim Skirt (Old – Similar here) // Clare V. Striped Clutch (Similar for less) // Aquazzura Sexy Thing Sandal (Seen here, here and here)
I’ve been waiting several months to share this gorgeous satin jacket with you! The bomber was a big trend last year that is going nowhere but I just couldn’t find one that spoke to me…until this one. I love that Banana Republic sends me pieces to shot in advance of them being on the website but then I have to keep the secret! And, I have several more I can’t wait to share with you! One might be my favorite piece of all time!
You know that this shade of green is one of my favorite colors. It is a great neutral and compliments so many other colors. It’s one of the few colors that I think is really seasonless, as good in the spring and summer as in the fall or winter.
I took this jacket to Scotland last week and wore it almost every day. But if you follow on Instagram, you knew that. 🙂 Adding a satin bomber jacket is a great way to transition your summer wardrobe into fall. In Dallas, a jacket is just as useful in the summer as any other time because of the great AC we have blasting every where!
This jacket and exact outfit will be coming with me to Lake Tahoe soon. In Scotland, I wore it with white jeans and denim. I’ll love wearing it over a column of camel come fall. This blush color is trending right now and will be a great color for fall, too.
