I’m so excited it is spring and the weather has been so nice. I’m ready to have a girls night and serve this great cocktail. I created a Sparkling Elderflower Cocktail with Zephyr Gin and it’s perfect for spring!
Zephyr Gin is a crisp gin with the subtle botanical influence of elderberry, elderflower, coriander, lemon peel and juniper. This combination was so intriguing to me. I love elderflower liquor so I knew I’d love it.
My Sparkling Elderflower Cocktail is a twist on a French 75 but I added St. Germain, my favorite liquor to it for a boost of botanical flavor.
I hope you enjoy one this on this lovely, spring weekend. We will be celebrating Easter with family and wish you a blessed and peaceful holiday weekend which ever holiday you are celebrating.
