We typically have Easter Brunch at home. There is just something sweet about celebrating our risen Lord and then being at home together. I love the more relaxed pace of entertaining at home. Here is our Easy and Elegant Easter Brunch Menu to inspire your menu this Easter Sunday. It is actually a great menu for any time of year.
Having any meal at home, especially a holiday, is easier for us than navigating a country club or restaurant buffet, and truly just seems more traditional. Don’t’ get me wrong, though. I love to have brunch out, but holiday buffets are not my favorite. It was also nice when the girls were small to be able to “egg hunt” after church instead of getting up at the crack of dawn…which is never my cup of tea!
Easy and Elegant Easter Brunch Menu
Arugula Apple Sausage Strata (savory) or Tomato Spinach Quiche
Raspberry French Toast Strata (sweet)
Gluten Free Cranberry Orange Scones
If you want a bit heartier of a menu and need to add meat, try my Rosemary Beef Tenderloin or pick up a Honey Baked Ham or Turkey Breast.
Arugula Apple Sausage Strata is one of my favorite breakfast dishes. It’s a elevated from you typical breakfast casserole with the addition of apples and arugula. This dish is a big hit with the men in my family!
Whether you use store bought or homemade pie crust, this Tomato Spinach Quiche is a crowd pleaser!
Raspberry French Toast Strata is such an easy way to make french toast and sneak in a bit more protein! With maple syrup and butter layered on the bottom it has the perfect amount of sweet.
Perfect as a side or even an appetizer at a cocktail party, this Gingered Asparagus is one of my very favorite recipes. Adapted from a recipe in a cookbook I purchased 20 years ago, this will become a go-to for you as well. It’s so simple and tastes soooo good!
Fresh and light, my Citrus Arugula Salad is the perfect salad to welcome spring!
Any way you slice them, Gluten Free Cranberry Orange Scones are another of our favorites! My mother converted this recipe to gluten free but you can use traditional flour as well.
Granola Fruit Parfait is layer after layer of pure goodness. This granola is one of my families favorite snacks. We are due for another big batch!
Coconut Macaroon Nests a a tradition in my home. This is the same macaroon recipe I use for Chocolate Peppermint Macaroons at Christmas but with a twist for Easter.
I hope this menu serves as an inspiration for your Easter Menu at home. Please let me know if you have questions!
Happy Easter!
