Sparkling Elderflower Cocktail with Zephyr Gin
  • ½ oz Zephyr Gin
  • ½ oz St. Germain
  • ¼ oz Simple Syrup or Agave Nectar
  • Prosecco to top off
  • Lemon for twists
  • Super Fine Sugar
  1. Rub a lemon slice on the rim of a champagne flute.
  2. Coat with Super Fine Sugar.
  3. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  4. Pour in Zephyr Gin, St. Germain and Agave Nectar.
  5. Shake well and strain into the champagne flute.
  6. Top with Prosecco.
  7. Add a twist of lemon.
  8. Cheers!
