Spicy Spring Salad
  • 2 heads romaine lettuce hearts
  • Shredded Parmesan
  • Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 lemon
  • Good Quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  1. Wash and chop the lettuce in bite sized pieces.
  2. Place on your favorite platter.
  3. Squeeze lemon juice over the platter.
  4. Drizzle the olive oil over the platter.
  5. Sprinkle red pepper flakes generously over the top.
  6. Then layer Parmesan cheese.
  7. Add Edamame and/or Grilled or Rotisserie Chicken if desired.
