Wrap // Silk Blouse // Jeans // Boots // Clutch // Sunglasses
I’ve always had the philosophy of buying nicer, classic items of good quality even if I have to buy less often. Yes, it is fun to have a few inexpensive seasonal tops, but I always choose quality over quantity. These pieces always seem to last longer. When my photographer and fellow blogger, Mary Summers-Hafner, introduced me to Cuyana, I knew this was a company that I would love. Their philosophy is the basically the same: Fewer, Better. When those quality items are also well-priced, it is a true win-win!
I was thrilled to attend a pop-up shop at Mary hosted a few weeks ago and see the line in person. It was so beautiful and the quality is amazing. I had to have this wrap and I’m a true sucker for a good clutch.
The wrap is made of 100% baby alpaca and is lightweight but still warm. Great for this crazy weather we are having, cool in the morning and evening but warm in the day. I love the camel color with every thing from this cream silk top and jeans to solid black, grey or even an all bordeaux look.
A neutral clutch is a true wardrobe staple. This cameo color is a perfect compliment to so many colors and I have already carried many times. The combination of suede and leather is beautiful and unique. You know I had a hard time resisting this color!
I am so very ready for the cool to set in so I can wear these great boots. Can you believe they are by Ugg? Love that they are water resistant. The shearling inside is a cozy treat, too.
The wrap has been perfect for my travels this fall – it doubles as a great blanket on the plane! I’ll be packing it for a trip to one of my favorite destinations on Sunday. Be sure to follow along on Instagram to see where we are headed if you can’t already guess.
Happy Wednesday!
