Sangria is one of my favorite cocktails especially for summer. When my oldest daughter and I were in LA in February, I was able to enjoy my favorite version the French Rose Champagne Sangria at The Ivy. This recipe is inspired by their famous sangria. I served it at a party last weekend and it was a hit so I wanted to share it with you today.
This recipe is also the first of several to come for summer in my Make This Weekend Series. This past year has been very busy and I’ve not created as many new recipes to share with you but have some really good ones coming your way this summer!
This French Rose Champagne Sangria is a light and not too sweet cocktail that is truly refreshing. In fact, I’m mixing another pitcher for an evening with friends tonight. I hope you’ll make it this weekend…and all summer long! If you are a sangria fan, you’ll also want to try my Strawberry Sangria and White Peach Basil Sangria as well. I may just recreate my Sangria Soiree this summer with this addition!
Cheers to summer!
