I apologize for the brevity of this recipe post. I’m working on a Top Secret birthday cake today but wanted to get this to you!
I had to use the bamboo skewers you can find at any grocery store but I really like the Royal Bamboo Knotted Skewers. I simply used my kitchen scissors to snip them to size.
Place your favorite fruits on the skewer in slightly larger than bite-sized pieces.
I used my Le Creuset Skinny Grill Pan brushed with a bit of canola oil but these would be great on a charcoal grill for a bit of smoky flavor.
Heat grill to medium-high. Place skewers on grill pan and cook 1-2 minutes on each side, until you see the great grill marks. Remove from grill to a platter.
Glaze:
Mix 2 tbs of Honey with the juice of one Lime and the 1 tsp of lime zest. Drizzle over the fruit.
