I’ve done a post before on little luxury gifts for her from Nordstrom so I thought it would be fun to talk about luxury gifts for men. Yes for men! Plus, it gives me a great excuse to have my darling husband make an appearance today.

When I say luxury gifts, I’m talking about a high-quality, designer staple that they will have in their closet for years.  A classic jacket is a perfect example. About five years ago I bought a timeless coat similar to this one for my husband and he still wears it all the time. This year I have chosen the Burberry Hadley Jacket.

This casual Burberry jacket is well-priced for a designer piece and so versatile. It looks great as we have styled it here with jeans but would be equally perfect with slacks for a business casual look. A sizing note:  He typically wears a 40R or 42R in a sport coat but these have European sizing.  This jacket is the size 34 for reference.  I have paired the jacket with another little luxury – a cashmere half zip sweater. A cashmere scarf is always a great holiday gift. I’ve layered this one with the sweater and jacket. With our warm Texas weather sometimes all you need is the addition of a scarf to be warm.  Keeping your neck warm it makes such a difference! This handsome scarf with a combination of charcoal and black is so versatile as well.  Wearing it to the office with a suit, business casual or even super casual weekend wear, this scarf will be something he will wear for many years.
