Alicia Wood Lifestyle is a lifestyle destination with classic flair for everyday living written by Alicia Wood. Alicia’s goal is to create a timeless yet fresh way to approach personal style, entertaining, beauty, design and even travel.
A self-described “List Maker Extraordinaire,” Alicia Wood Lifestyle is where Alicia shares her lists of style ideas, recipes, entertaining ideas, travel tips and great sales.
For years friends said, “You should start a blog about ____!” (Fill in the blank with Travel, Personal Style, Cooking, Entertaining, Food Allergies/Gluten Free Options, Interior Design, Clean Beauty products that enhance our lives not harm our health, etc). In 2014, I finally stepped out on faith that I should share all my thoughts on these topics.
I love creating opportunities for family time and sweet memories. Entertaining at home and family travel are my favorite ways to do this for my family. I hope that what I share inspires you to do the same.
I would not be able to do what I do without my wonderful team that helps me with so many aspects of running Alicia Wood Lifestyle! I’m excited to introduce then to you below.
My heart has always been to help others – through volunteering in my community, researching a topic and sharing information. I hope this space does just that while allowing me to use my gifts from the Lord of hospitality and administration and fulfills my passions, too.
Meet the team
Kaitlyn was Alicia Wood Lifestyle’s first employee three years ago and is an integral part of AWL on a daily basis. Based in Austin, she is the Blog Manager working to keep the site updated, writing content, assisting with content planning, collages and graphics, designing the AWL newsletter and more. A 2017 graduate of UT Austin, Kaitlyn loves live music, Texas cuisine and relaxing getaways to her small, charming hometown. Most weekends you can find her curled up with a good book and coffee or enjoying a fresh margarita at her favorite Austin spots.
Morgan works behind the screen at Alicia Wood Lifestyle as Social Media Manager and Production Assistant. She keeps the AWL LikeToKnow. It, Facebook, Instagram Stories and Pinterest channels up-to-date and assists with photoshoot preparation and production. Morgan has lived in Dallas for 10 years and graduated from UNT with a degree in Strategic Communications in 2016. Her passions include cycling, skiing and attending as many concerts as she can fit in her schedule!

She is a wife, mom of two, blogger, and online business manager. Allison left her corporate career in 2016 to pursue her passion, writing, and has been featured in multiple publications. Residing in East Tennessee with her family, she loves spending time outdoors, shopping and watching the clouds with her two toddlers in her spare time.
Audrie is an Influencer & Branding Photographer and calls Frisco, Texas home. She has been a professional photographer since 2011, capturing weddings and wonderful family moments. She now focuses her full intention on capturing quality imagery for influencers and brands. Audrie recently launched the Basics To Photography Workshop that helps photographers and businesses learn how to capture high quality imagery in between their professional sessions. She has a passion for promoting imagery’s essential role in business and marketing strategy.
Mary Hafner is a Dallas-based fashion and lifestyle photographer and writes the blog SoThenTheySay.com. Her photographs have been published in magazines such as Domino, Elle, and Redbook, as well as online publications Houzz and My Domaine. Madeleine supports Alicia Wood Lifestyle by delivering graphic design elements from the building blocks of the AWL logo and branding elements, media kits to eBooks and PDF offerings. Madeleine is the creative behind M Calligraphy Etc., delivering all types of paper + paint projects. What started as a wedding calligraphy service 4+ years ago, quickly grew as the requests received fell outside the edge of the paper. Since adding the “Etc.” to her name, she’s attracted all sorts of clients that trust her to execute their artistic + design visions. Most recently, her hand-painted custom champagne bottles have captured the most attention and kept her paintbrush moving really fast!

She does bookkeeping for an exclusive list of clients on the side, including Alicia Wood Lifestyle, LLC.
