I’ve been keeping a little bit of a secret and I can’t wait to share it with you today! My husband and I are headed to South Africa in two weeks! We will be the guests of Natural World Safaris for their one of a kind bespoke experiences.
Natural World Safaris is a bespoke wildlife travel outfitter specializing in unique experiences in more than 40 countries around the world. Whether you want to create a family memory on Safari, swim with Blue whales in Sri Lanka, track Snow Leopards in the Himalayas or a custom designed experience like ours of the best of South Africa, Natural World Safaris will create a journey to remember.
The itinerary that Natural World Safaris has created for us includes Cape Town, the South African Winelands at La Residence in Franschhoek, and four days on safari at two different luxury lodges: Sabi Sabi Earth Lodge and Royal Malewane.
Named by Condé Nast Traveler as one of its global Top Travel Specialists for 2019, Will Bolsover is founder and CEO of Natural World Safaris. Will leads his team with true passion and an endless enthusiasm for enabling guests to discover the wonders of nature. We met last fall and began planning our trip.
Inspired by a year of traveling throughout Asia, Will became a guide, leading trips throughout Africa to destinations including Morocco, Madagascar, Ghana, Gabon after graduating from University of Sussex. He assisted in the establishment of the first ever gorilla safaris with Emmanuel de Merode, who is currently Director of Virunga National Park in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
Will founded World Primate Safaris in 2005, the first and only company in the world to specialize in primate safaris. The company steadily grew as he recruited a expert team of former guides and lodge managers, creating two additional specialized safari companies. The three companies merged in 2013 to become Natural World Safaris.
Today, Natural World Safaris specializes in putting guests in the “right place at the right time” to maximize their safari experience. This is only possible due to the knowledge, experience and expertise of his talented team, whom have either lived, guided or worked in each destination. From grizzlies to gorillas, or whales to wildebeest, each bespoke and specialist led safari puts guests up close and personal with some of the world’s most spectacular or elusive wildlife, all while promoting conscientious travel and supporting local conservation projects. Through Will’s passion, Natural World Safaris champions the efforts of some of the world’s leading conservation charities including Wild Aid and African Parks, who named Will as one of four global conservation partners.
Natural World Safaris plans unforgettable safaris in Africa, Asia, North America, Latin America and the Polar Regions and get you up close and personal no matter the type of wild life you want to encounter: Bears, Big Cats, Big Five, Primates, or Whales.
I am truly honored to partner with Natural World Safaris to experience the Best of South Africa in a way only they can organize. I will, of course, be sharing all the details with you along the way. From What To Pack for Cape Town and South African Winelands and What to Pack for a Safari to documenting our experience in each destination on Instagram and Instagram stories as well as on the blog in different posts on Cape Town, the Winelands and Franschhoek, Sabi Sands Earth Lodge and Royal Malewane in Greater Kruger National Park. Natural World Safaris has planned every detail and I know it will be amazing!
