Ok. I’m obsessed…with Heirloom tomatoes. Any size. All colors. We’ve been eating them all summer. Trader Joe’s has fabulous miniature ones right now.
Tonight’s side will be these mini gems with basil, Ciliegine Mozzarella (the pearl sized), a drizzle of my favorite olive oil from Long Meadow Ranch and a good balsamic vinegar. I use Organic Balsamic Vinegar of Modena from Whole Foods most often.
Try some this week. Summer is almost gone and so are all the best Heirlooms!
