Juliska Forest Walk Mugs / Forest Walk Baking Dish / Pewterware Lions Head Bowls

Just in time for Thanksgiving, I’m sharing the perfect Thanksgiving dessert.  One of our favorite treats when it gets cool is Hot Apple Cider.  This recipe tastes like fall in a cup.  This Cranberry Apple Crisp is sweet and tart favorite.  It is a nut-free take on one of our favorite holiday recipes.  Together, these are the perfect Thanksgiving Dessert.

These gorgeous antler handle Forest Walk Mugs from Juliska are the perfect compliment to the Hot Apple Cider.  This recipe is so easy but so good!  These mugs are part of the Forest Walk collection featured on this Thanksgiving Tablescape.

  • 10 Whole loves
  • 8 Whole All Spice Berries
  • 2 Cinnamon Sticks
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a large saucepan.
  2. Heat for 5 minutes on medium or until thoroughly warmed.
  3. Lift out spices.
  4. Ladel into mugs.
  5. Enjoy!

This Cranberry Apple Crisp is an adaptation of a recipe from an old cookbook called Kansas City Christmas.  I can’t find it online or I’d link it for you.  It has great recipes so I wish I could!  This darling baking dish has cute illustrations inside and pretty “antler” handles.  The original recipe has a pecan crust that is so good but a no-no for us now so I did an upside-down version and made it an updated apple crisp.
