Tyson Tastemakers Herbed Chicken Meal Kit

Thank you to Carusele for asking me to participate in the #TysonTastemakers campaign, sponsored by Tyson Tastemakers.  As always, all opinions are my own.

Love cooking but wish you had a prep cook in your kitchen to help with meal prep?  With the new Tyson Tastemakers Meal Kits your wish has basically come true and these new meal kits are launching in Texas stores first!

When Tyson reached out to me to try their Tyson Tastemakers Herbed Chicken and Farmstand Veggies kit, I was more than happy to do so.  I had tried the meal kit subscription services and they were either to hard too schedule or not always what we wanted to eat.  And, honestly, they could take a long time to prepare and were could be very complicated.

Available in the meat section at Dallas-area Tom Thumb, HEB, Target, Albertson’s, Kroger and Walmart stores, Tyson Tastemakers makes cooking a delicious dinner quick and easy.  I went to my local store and picked a kit up myself.  I was excited to see the variety of different kits available this season.

Each fresh, seasonal kit contains pre-prepped fresh vegetables, all-natural pre-marinated meat, chef-created sauces and seasonings, and a perfectly paired starch and detailed recipe card.  Suggested retail price is $19.99.

The Herbed Chicken kit came with pre-marinated cubed chicken, new potatoes, and a green bean, carrot and cauliflower medley.  The garlic butter was already composed as was the sun-dried tomato garnish.  All the prep was done other than quartering the potatoes!  No prep cook needed.  Each kit is 3 servings so I picked up two for our family of 5 and definitely had enough for one more serving.

I simply followed the directions on the beautiful recipe card and dinner was ready in less than 30 minutes.  All Tyson Tastemakers meal kits are recipes that are fridge to table in 45 minutes or less.

Currently, Tyson Tastemakers are available in Dallas, Austin and San Antonio.  You can find stores by visiting here.  If you are not in one of these cities, you can also get them on Amazon with Amazon Fresh, Amazon Prime Now and Jet.com for home delivery.  I hope you’ll try these new Tyson Tastemaker meal kits and let me know your favorite.  I’ll be trying the Carne Asada Street Tacos next!
