This Texas cold snap has me dreaming of a tropical getaway!   I’m so excited to be heading on two Spring Breaks again this year with two of my girls.  First, to Punta Mita for warm temps and the Dolomites for some skiing.  The trip to one of my favorite places is my inspiration for sharing my Resort Shop with you today.  If you are also heading to the mountains to ski, be sure to check out my Chic Ski Shop that I’ve also updated!

I am very focused on wardrobe pieces that I will love and wear for years. Helping us both build a versatile, well-rounded wardrobe that we love is always one of my goals!  Editing my closet to the pieces I love and know I will wear is a the lens through which I will edit again once     I switch my closet over for the season.

That being said, you will see quite a few designs in this resort shop that I have shared with you before in other rounds ups, on trips and in my daily wardrobe. They are truly pieces that I love and enjoy wearing.  Fewer/better pieces and quality over quantity are my goal.

MAXI DRESSES

Maxi dresses are perfect for a Winter Warm Weather Getaway.  Whether it’s a gorgeous design from Sheridan French or a beautiful blue and white toile, a flowing dress is the perfect resort dress!  I’ve linked several below!

You can’t go wrong with the perfect little white dress!  From a pool cover up to seaside dinners, white is always a fresh choice for the beach.

SHORT AND SWEET DRESSES

I love the dresses from Poupette St. Barths.  The light fabric and eyelet dresses are my favorites! They come in so many fun colors! I’ve linked a lot of them below.

Similar Ramy Brook Dress/ Naghedi Small Tote / YSL Sandals

Silky Ramy Brook pieces are great resort and summer pieces.  They are easy to dress up and wear more casually.  You’ll wear them over and over and feel beautiful when you do!

Misa is one of my favorite brands for warm weather dressing.  Their light fabrics pack like a dream! Misa Los Angeles Dresses are my favorite dresses for a beach trip.  They are lightweight and pack well.  You can see full spring collections here, here, and here.

GREAT TOPS AND WHITE SHORTS

Pretty basics like a great white top are the perfect addition to your packing list.  This similar off the shoulder top is a favorite.  Tuckernuck just released a large collection of resort pieces and so did Avara! They are packed with great styles. Don’t forget great printed tops, too! I’ve included all my favorites in the boutique below.

FLATTERING SWIMSUITS AND COVER UPS

Beautiful swimwear that lasts for several seasons is always a great purchase.  This navy bandeau one piece is so flattering.  It is high quality and looks great after several seasons.  It’s by one of my favorite swimsuit brands. You can find more in my post on the 11 best places to buy swimsuits online.

From kimonos and sarongs to simple Tshirt dress cover up that is easy to throw on and is great quality is always a good purchase!  Great beach bags are another must!  I’ve linked some favorites below as well.

Don’t be afraid of wearing a white suit!  They are chic and make you look like you have some color in your skin.  My favorite self tanner doesn’t hurt either!
