Appetizers are hard for me… I feel like I’m always looking for something new. To get some inspiration, I took a great cooking class focused solely on appetizers from Chef Eliza Gavin of Top Chef fame at 221 South Oak in Telluride. It was an amazing class and I’ll be sharing a more about that this summer.
This is my take on one of the appetizers. These Steak Wrapped Crispy Potatoes are a hearty addition to any cocktail buffet.
Use my Smoked Paprika Flank Steak and pre-made Kettle brand fries.
Thinly sliced the steak and wrapped it around the fries prepared following the directions on the package.
Drizzled with a bit of Bronco Bob’s Mango Habanero Sauce and it’s ready to serve. It is great to almost only be assembling instead of always making it all from scratch.
Hope you’ll try this!
XO,
Alicia
