Grey Cashmere Turtleneck / AG Super Skinny Legging Jean / YSL Sac de Jour (black version of this bag) / Vince Camuto Snake Skin Booties
The cooler temperatures are on their way and I can’t wait! I’m in the process of switching over my closet and refreshing all of my fall style staples including my favorite: cashmere sweaters.
Nordstrom was my first stop this year to look for this fall wardrobe basic. Their selection of cashmere sweaters, tunics and wraps is extensive. The price range is fabulous also with sweaters starting at just under $100!
This gorgeous gray cashmere turtleneck sweater is so incredibly soft. I love it so much I bought it and two other colors! It also comes in a crewneck style and I picked up this classic camel color. These two colors are also staples in my wardrobe and part of the New Neutrals that are on tend for Fall.
There is a bit to know about your cashmere. I have a full post on what to look for when buying cashmere and how to care for your cashmere pieces. You don’t want to miss it!
One of my favorite things about shopping at Nordstrom is their buy online pick up in store option. The other is that I love that you can sort and see only what is available in store also.
It’s so easy to find all the items you need for fall at Nordstrom. Don’t forget to check out their huge selection of denim including my favorite jeans that you see here. I have several pair and wear them ALL THE TIME! Since I’m 5’2″, I cut the hems of most all my jeans. The denim experts at Nordstrom showed me how a few years ago. Game changer! Maybe I should do a post on that sometime!?!
Also, I’d be crazy if I didn’t call out these booties. This is a great way to try the snake print trend without going all in. I’ve had several people stop me to ask about them. The color I’m wearing is Ash Multi Embossed Leather. And huge bonus: They are SO comfortable! So much so this is my second pair. I have them in beautiful Foxy suede color. I friend asked for the link and purchased them while we at dinner a few weeks ago!
Cashmere sweaters, scarves and gloves are a great gift. This is a perfect time to begin your holiday shopping as the selection is so good! I’ve curated a boutique below with great style staples and gift ideas.

A post on cutting of the hems of jeans would be great!
