Whether your Thanksgiving plans involve dressing up or keeping it casual, I have a few outfit ideas for you. I’ve included some dress options, a skirt and sweater look, and even a jeans outfit idea! I always get a lot of questions about what to wear so I thought I should share some options. Also, don’t forget to check out my 2019 Holiday Gift Guides.
This first look is simple but still great for dressing up for Thanksgiving. I’m wearing an Ultrasuede forest green dress from Tuckernuck. I shared it in this post. I paired it with some black boots and added a pop of tortoise with the clutch. For more ways to incorporate tortoise into your wardrobe, click here.

You can find more photos of this gorgeous Gal Meets Glam dress in this post. This green is so beautiful and it’s the perfect option for dressing up this Thanksgiving.
Skirt / Sweater / Similar Boots / Bag
I shared this look in this post where I featured more neutrals for fall. These neutrals together are perfect for Thanksgiving. I love this sweater with funky raw edge detail paired with this brown corduroy mini skirt. Wear it with boots like I did or dress it up more with neutral heels.
Top / Jeans / Vest / Stuart Weitzman Boots (Similar Boots for Less) / Monogrammed Camo Tote featured on the Monogrammed Gift Guide
This is a great Thanksgiving outfit idea for when you want to dress up but also stay a little casual! Find more photos from this look and how to make it dressier here.
Jeans / Sweater (also seen here) / Booties / YSL Sac de Jour Bag
A jeans and a cashmere sweater look is a super easy Thanksgiving outfit idea that still makes it look like you’re completely put together. I own this sweater in 3 of the 6 colors! It’s under $100 and would make a great gift, too. Throw on a pair of animal print shoes and a designer handbag and you’re ready! For more photos of this outfit, click here.
Camo Pants only $15! / Similar Sweater / Similar Heels
For something a little more elevated than jeans but still pretty casual, go with a printed pant like these camo jeans. Wear a simple sweater and heels to complete the look. Or wear sneakers depending on how casual you want to go! How do you dress for Thanksgiving? Let me know in the comments below!

I prefer a more formal look for this holiday.
I love all the outfits. Although I prefer to dress up for Thanksgiving, this year will be more casual because I will mostly be on the floor playing with all my nieces and nephews coming in town. I was going for the camouflaged jeans but they are sold out. Bummer. Have a nice holiday.
Just love your style.
Outfits are always spot on.
For ordering items…
Would you share your sizing information…height/ weight, size you wear.
Trying to get idea of what size to order on some pieces .
Your style is just darling! As a Texan loving in London for the last few years, I have loved getting a change to later coats, scarves and boots, but miss the Texas hospitality. I can’t wait to get a change to go through your gift guides.
