Ukrainian Vyshyvanka Dress c/o Clotheshorse Anonymous (similar here) / Cult Gaia Ark Bag / Steve Madden Gold Espadrille Wedges / Gucci Sunglasses
One of my favorite things to do when traveling is pop into vintage stores. You never know when you will find a true gem or a one-of-a-kind piece. I feel that way when I stop in to Clotheshorse Anonymous as well!
A few weeks ago I was dropping on somethings for my mom, she ships her things from Kansas City for me to take to Clotheshorse Anonymous, and someone had just dropped off 4 full racks of gorgeous pieces! I couldn’t help but look at them while the wonderful Clotheshorse Anonymous staff looked at my items. I couldn’t believe what I found! Among my favorites was this Ukrainian Vyshyvanka Dress dress.
I had seen Ukrainian Vyshyvanka Dresses on others but never run across one in my size or in this color combination! This piece was obviously purchased during this gals travels because of the amazing handiwork and the lack of commercial label. What a find!
I’m looking forward to wearing it on an upcoming trip and well as right now as the pale blue linen with burgundy and white embroidery are perfect for fall transition.
So my two tips for you today are:
1 – People ship their items from out of town and out of state to Clotheshorse Anonymous so you aren’t just seeing Dallas items, and
2 – You may just find a special, one-of-a-kind piece the next time you stop in!
