Happy Friday! We are home from Spain with sweet memories and already dreaming of a new adventure! I wanted to share What I Wore in Spain with you today. With the heat wave we’re all having, these are the perfect styles to keep you cool and looking fabulous.
This will be short and sweet as I’m working quickly to get our middle daughter ready to move to college in about two weeks. We couldn’t do anything before we left as we didn’t know her dorm assignment yet! It’s been a whirlwind two days at home.
I’ve saved all the details of our trip on my Instagram highlights under Barcelona, Mallorca and Madrid. I’ll be writing travel guides for each city about our time there in the coming weeks. It was truly a dream trip with our girls!
Oh! And, yes! It was all packed in my carry on bags! See how I do it here. I’ll also share in Instagram stories today and save to highlights! You can see my packing list for Spain in the Summer inspiration here.
So without further ado….Here is What I Wore in Spain this Summer.
On the first day, we tried to keep busy after landing at 9am with a fun lunch and visit to Park Guell, one of Gaudi’s projects and his home behind me.
I loved this sweet blue eyelet dress at first sight! So many of you have loved it as well!
I wore this look for our visit to Casa Batllo but didn’t get a good photo of it until we got to Mallorca!
We spent a half day on a motor yacht which was a great break from the city! This is one of my favorite swimsuits…I have it in white as well as you’ll see below. This kimono is a great cover up and chic addition to a white T and shorts, too.
I wore one of my favorite summer dresses twice on this trip. I first wore it in Santa Barbara where I’m pictured here. I didn’t take a photo either night!
I wore this all white look on or 45 minute flight from Barcelona to Mallorca. This is such a great summer top and comes in several colors. I love that it is almost wrinkle-proof
Loved this sweet pink smocked sundress for dinner in Port Soller at Can Ribes. These are also my new favorite summer sandals. They are sooooo comfortable!
Exploring the town of Soller in this uber soft and light dress. I love this cool fabric! I’ll be ordering another in this style.
I felt chic in this knit chevron maxi for Dinner at the Sunset Lounge at our hotel, Jumeirah Port Soller. It has the most amazing views!
This is the blue suit in white! It’s so comfortable.
Another love at first sight with this great sarong scarf. I’ll be wearing it in the fall as well.
You know I love Misa dresses and this print is so pretty and feminine. Paired with these wrap sandals, it was perfect for dinner in Soller. I actually wore it more than once on this trip.
This dress is by the same designer as the pink and orange dress above. Their fabric is almost cooling and is truly perfect for a summer day or night. I received so many compliments on this dress!
I wore this dress on the flight to Madrid and sightseeing that afternoon. I’ve worn this dress a lot this summer. It’s the perfect weight and style for steamy days!
This coral color is a new favorite for me! This light and airy dress is one that will take me into fall in Texas for certain! These sandals are cushioned on the bottom and great for a day of 18,000 steps!!
Love this dress that looks like a white T and wrap skirt. I love all Veronica Beard Dresses. They are classic and well made.
This white eyelet dress is quintessential summer! The tiny ruffle details on the tiers adds a special touch. It’s a classic that I know I’ll wear for years.
I hope you have a great weekend and are staying cool! Let me know if you have any questions on what I wore or our trip!
